If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation requests can only be considered if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is successfully approved before dispatch, the applicable refund will be processed according to the payment method and applicable conditions.

Orders that have already been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
