Thank you for shopping with Adhivaraa. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1–3 business days].

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: [3–7 business days] — INR 50-120 (or Free for orders over INR 999)

  • Express Domestic Shipping: [1–3 business days] — INR 150 depending upon location and delivery time.

  • International Shipping: [7–21 business days] — calculated at checkout based on location.

Order Tracking & Shipment Confirmation
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking status will typically activate within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
  • Adhivaraa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages & Issues
  • Adhivaraa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at adhivaraa.fashion@gmail.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
